Born in Buenos Aires in 1976, Esteban Paladino is an architect who graduated from the School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA) and a technician from the Luis Augusto Huergo Industrial Institute. A disciple of architect Horacio Baliero, he develops his practice with a critical and functionalist outlook, guided by the conviction that architecture must respond with precision, efficiency and coherence to the needs of people and organizations. His dual training, academic and technical, gives him a deep understanding of construction systems, industrial logic and the value of design as a tool for transformation.

With broad experience in high-impact architecture for exhibition and corporate environments, he takes part in the most relevant fairs and events in Argentina and Latin America, bringing this type of work to a standard of excellence. He conceives spaces that integrate brand identity, visual impact and technical precision, allowing tight deadlines and extreme demands to coexist with high-quality execution.

He has worked as construction director for internationally renowned architects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing projects with top-tier quality and safety standards. He also supervises large-scale industrial and technological works across various Argentine provinces, with thousands of square meters and extremely high technical, planning and control demands. In every case, he brings an outstanding ability to anticipate and resolve complex problems, integrating innovative and technically precise solutions.

Today, at Leguía Yias Arquitectos, he plays a key role in the development of corporate, institutional and scientific research projects. His technical command, his attention to detail and his sharp capacity for observation on site ensure that each project maintains full coherence between the original idea, the user experience and the reality of construction. His career combines the critical thinking of the functionalist tradition with a contemporary view of constructability, resulting in works that are precise, durable and fully livable.
